Agency wanting to boost EBIT

We partnered with the CEO and senior management team of a £8.5m research agency, to improve their financial performance and deliver profit improvement. We delivered an identifiable increase in EBIT of £100k over the course of a year by improving their costing of projects and how they price proposals.

Operational Review leading to Increased Gross Margin

We were engaged to conduct an operations review for a £4m research agency. The senior management team felt there was more potential to improve their EBIT of 20% and 25% y-o-y growth. We helped them restructure the operational side of the business. We looked at the way they could outsource operations to specialist suppliers. As a result they changed their operational model and increased gross margins increasing by 5% in the following year.
